Tetley Tea Canada had never sold directly to consumers online, and the challenge was to develop a strategy that not only launched a new website but also established a strong online sales channel. I needed to create an experience that captured Tetley’s rich heritage and commitment to quality while also appealing to a Canadian audience. The goal was to integrate a user-friendly and visually appealing e-commerce experience that would support Tetley's new direct-to-consumer initiative.

Crafting a Bespoke Shopify Experience
As the Associate Creative Director at Pointer Creative (recently acquired by E-House Studio a Shopify Platinum Partner), I led the design and development of a custom Shopify theme tailored to Tetley Tea Canada's needs. The design seamlessly integrated Tetley’s brand identity with an intuitive user interface, making it easy for customers to explore and purchase products. I focused on creating a digital experience that balanced Tetley’s heritage with modern, functional e-commerce features. The website was designed to tell a compelling story, showcasing the brand’s history and values while providing a smooth, effective sales funnel. This approach gave Tetley a platform to engage with customers directly, establishing a stronger connection between the brand and its audience.
